umm how does this sound???

i asked for some info about supplements and i got a few respones that said b/c im 17 i mainly need a good diet and training. . .well jsut wanted to know if this is good enough?
yea like as of now ill i take is umm 2 scoops of whey protien mixed with fatfree milk (one morning , one at night) and i drink lots of water during the day to keep me from getting sick from all the protien. umm i also take creatine monohydrate once a day. . .sometimes 2 times a day like once a week. and im now starting to take l-glutamine pills.

i try to keep my diet pretty lean but with fat parents lol its get hard they allways buy junk food and stuff. im the morning i either eat bran or oat cereal/fat free milk. inbtween brekfast and lunch i eat 2 random fruits (raisins, bananas, peach, plum). . .lunch i sometimes eat canned tuna with mustared and tabassco or a turkey sandwhich on wheat. . .dinner is w/e mom makes lol if its fried i skip it.

yeah, get your diet fixed up first, what is your pre- and post- workout nutrition looking like etc. and never skip meals. do a simple search on basic nutrition you'll find alot there, and as for supplements, why taking glutamine and creatine right now? and when, you need to have a solid understanding of what they are and what they do before you jump right in, more educated people on these boards can help you out, or like i said above, just search for some info.

I'd say for now worry more about nutrion, cardio, and your work out regimen than supplements. your diet seems to be alright. you might want to start having 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism burning.

Just wanted to let you know that glutamine peptides are better than pure L-glutamine because they are absorbed better. I use German Technologies glutamine peptides.
