Annie Chun's Asian Noodles= pretty good!
I like to try new things, so I picked up a package of Annie Chun's Noodle Express spicy szechuan asian cuisine and addded some bite sized turkey pieces to it. All natural, the noodles are made from wheat, no MSG or preservatives. I wouldn't have this every day, but it was prettty tasty.
One serving is half the package= 170 cals, 3 g of fat, 29 g of carbs, 1 g of fiber, 4 sugar and 4 protien, plus 470 mg of sodium.
Ingredients
Noodles: water, wheat flour, tapioca starch, wheat gluten, salt, dried egg white, lactic acid, riboflavin (vitamin B2).
Sauce: naturally brewed soy sauce (water, wheat, soybeans, salt, alcohol, vinegar, lactic acid), tomato paste, rice wine, evaporated cane juice, water, garlic, canola oil, gochujang (red pepper powder, soybean, salt, wheat flour, sweet rice, millet syrup), sesame oil, ginger*, red chili pepper, corn starch, distilled vinegar, citric acid.
Toppings= bok choy, green onion, carrot, sesame seed, onion.
