I get excited when I find new, visible veins...
I love it because that means the bodyfat is going down. I found some on my legs, and just found one across my shoulder. I got excited. Yeah...
Edit: Just to clarify, these are the veins that poke out. I don't have a low bodyfat, but It's average I guess. The one on my leg is always poking out, the on on my shouler doesn't.

Strangely, I found my leg vein with on the ****ter.

haha, im a vein freak too. i have pretty few, but i just started getting back into the swing about 2 months ago, and since some new ones have popped up. i think they look awesome, but most people i know think veins are gross.
i too do a daily posedown! 1st thing when i wake up, and often before bed too...to see progress. i have 2 mirrors in my exercise room in the basement that i usually use to make sure my form is good. sometimes at night, i go down when everyone is asleep, strip down to my boxer briefs, and flex for a good 10 minutes. i stand right under a bright light so that i can see every cut that i have, and for those 10 minutes i feel truly great. then i walk back into a normally lit room and realize i still look pretty much like ****.

Yeah, I've been losing fat lately, and while doing curls today I was so amped when I saw new veins emerge! I got so excited and did more reps just to stare at them haha! I can't wait till I drop further and see even more. I love veins.
Pretty much working out and low BF is how you get more visible veins right?
