Stacking Options
I have two stacking options I am considering. Supplements have already arrived and have some supplements from before that I would like to use. Basically,24 yr old, 5'9 5'10, 180lbs. would be shredded at 165 but would ultimately like to be shredded at 175 for mma competitions.
diet is now in check. lifting consists of 4 days lifting, 3 of those days (not leg day) have 20-30 min cardio sessions immediately after the lifting which consist of high incline, fast walk on treadmill. Weekends have longer cardio which include more of my fighting.
I'd like to get to 165 and work my way up (add size) to 175 and still be shredded. I am considering these two stacks and need input on it.
