Stacking Options

I have two stacking options I am considering. Supplements have already arrived and have some supplements from before that I would like to use. Basically,24 yr old, 5'9 5'10, 180lbs. would be shredded at 165 but would ultimately like to be shredded at 175 for mma competitions.

diet is now in check. lifting consists of 4 days lifting, 3 of those days (not leg day) have 20-30 min cardio sessions immediately after the lifting which consist of high incline, fast walk on treadmill. Weekends have longer cardio which include more of my fighting.

I'd like to get to 165 and work my way up (add size) to 175 and still be shredded. I am considering these two stacks and need input on it.

Alcalean
Green Tea (considering not using this supplement in this stack due to the nox2 and possible counter effects)
Pure ALA
Sesamin
BCAA
Vitamin C
Multi
Vitamin E
Flax Oil
Fish Oil

OR

substitute Creapure and Nox2 for Vasopro Ephredrine and Caffeine (200mg)

Any opinions are appreciated as always

I don't understand why you would substitute the ephedrine and caffeine for CreaPure and Nox2. CreaPure and Nox2 obviously have completely different functions than ephedrine and caffeine, so I see no reason why you would substitute them for one another.

My opinion:

Add the E/C stack to the original stack and run that.

thats the reason, they have completely different functions and ephedrine/caffeine will reduce the benefits of nitrix/creapure
