Coordinating Protein/ Creatine/ NO Before Bed
I'm unsure how to take these three supps before bed. For example, let's say I'm planning on taking creatine mono and an NO supplement like White Blood. Before I go to bed, I'm going to want some Casein protein. However, I wil sometimes need to take the WB/ Creatine before bed also (WB before bed on off days, creatine before bed as one of my daily servings or while loading). Would I take the WB/ Creatine, wait 1/2 hour for them to absorb, and then take the protein?
