Exclamation Whats the deal with Sugar Alcohol?

Im bulking, and at work I have been eating these South Beach diet bars that have like 20 grams of protein, but also like 18 grams of sugar alcohol. Are these bad or not.

And also, my mom just bought some whole wheat bread, and on the ingredients, it lists fructose. Not High fructose corn syrup, just regular Fructose. Is This healthy?

eh, i don't know the answers to any of your questions...but I ate those bars for a few months (three a day)...then i reliazed it had a bit of saturated fat (10%) idk how picky you are bout that, but it's something to think about.

I'm not really that concerned about the saturated fat, since there are not much of them in my diet

Sugar alcohols are OK...although they cause horrible gas for some people..The fructose is fine...anytime u eat fruit your having fructose...so its fine in my opinion
