Whats the deal with Sugar Alcohol?
Im bulking, and at work I have been eating these South Beach diet bars that have like 20 grams of protein, but also like 18 grams of sugar alcohol. Are these bad or not.
And also, my mom just bought some whole wheat bread, and on the ingredients, it lists fructose. Not High fructose corn syrup, just regular Fructose. Is This healthy?
