Even with shirt on, you can see some good wings. Legs can use some sweep, but still plenty of time.

Your lats are quality! What exactly did you attack them with? And also, it was interesting to see your most muscular pose, I bet if you done that 2.5 years ago you would get a fright eh? Haha. Leg sweep... I dont think the sweep itself is as bad as some say, I reckon its just general mass you need there, the sweep is visible, and plus as soon as you add a good bit of size on your legs thats another 15-20 lbs straight away. What are you doing leg wise?

Wow that is a rediculous change, great work! Sure your legs need more work, but most teens never do legs so I would say you are on the right track. Never neglect them from now on Your lats are crazy though. Keep up the good work!

Great bulking mate, looking lean aswell! Lats and general shoulder/back width stand out, concentrate on thickening back and chest. Keep eating and doing what your doing in the gym and u'll be beastly!

thanks all ! your comments motivate me work harder.
well this is the last month that ill be traning heavy and eating properly im going to army in 3 weeks,(1 month at least it will be impossible to train and eat right)
i hope ill be able to mantain or even gain after first couple of months.
about my legs, i work legs only 8 months since i started i saw realy good gains (thigs about 26", calves about 17"), so after some time they wont lag so much behind my upper body. my biggest problem are my arms, they are realy hard for me to grow, since they are long and i got bad muscle building genes in my arms.
tnx again

Drago,
You have done an awesome job -- you went from a bean pole to some solid muscle. Hey, 16.5" guns are nothing to be ashamed.
We should all be praying for you as you enter the army to defend you country. It is a shame what is going on there, but I pray for Israel everyday and will also be praying for you, bro.
Take care of yourself!

Stay safe in your time with the military!! Protect your nation!
Delts look a little uneven in the back double bi... left one looks like it could use some work. Legs are fine, pretty balanced with rest of your body. Overall lookin strong especially from what you started at.

I agree, arms need real work but you have a genetic gift with that back for sure. Keep at it!
