Back Progress - Jan till present
It's been a while, but I wanted to see if anyone else can tell a difference in my back! I'm also curious that I'm not doing the pose properly to show off the back. Anyone have suggestions on how to improve? Constructive critisism is always welcome! And I want to thank EVERYONE who has helped me with my rep! All your generosity is appreciated! First pic is me in Jan. Second is before the weekend! Thanks all!

Sorry, but I have difficulty seeing much difference. That may be why no one is commenting. Your arms may be a little thicker.

Ya - I was wondering if there was any difference at all! The only reason I posted was because someone said that they saw a lot of improvement in my back! I'll just wait and post another one in a couple of months to see if there is any change then! Thanks for the feedback people!

Can't see much of a difference, but a decent back nonetheless. As for the pose, dont squeeze your shoulders together as much, keep you arms inline with your sides if you get what I mean. Gives a bit of a wider look to the back and displays more of it.

I think you've made decent progress but the lighting effect in the second pic makes it hard to view your bod

If your going to tell him how much better your body is than his, at least post pix So the rest of us can tell you how weak you are
anywayz, to the OP. I do see a lil difference, But the lighting doesnt help any!! Be sure to take quality pix, they help a lot. But keep lifting and eat lots of good foods and you are sure to make some progress.

I was just pointing out that there is no progression and no sign of weight lifting in those picts
Giving fake nice e-pats on the back will not help people who are doing horrible.
or i could be wrong and you clearly see improvement which means you are probably just as bad as him

That's fine Com. You're entitled to your opinion and I respect that! However, I think that your attitude toward people who aren't as perfect as you needs some work! I work very hard to get a decent back and you do nothing but dis it. Stop being so critical of everyone.

Hey buddy,
Post your picture was created to get opinions
I wasnt born from the school of pussies.
IF you want to improve you need some real opinions.
not some pansy lightweight telling you you are awesome when clearly you just think you are working hard
You do need to work harder and untill you know that you are in denial.
im not calling you names or anything like that im just saying you need more motivation and these people are not gonna give it to you.

Everyone responds to criticism differently. If you want to start a debate about positive and negative reinforcement that should go in a different thread.
I would hardly call what i said a "nice e-pat on the back." Am i not entitled to my own opinion about his pictures too? He was asking for opinions and that was mine. Just like it was my opinion that you shouldn't be rude or condiscending when you are posting. But clearly we have different views on this issue.

OK OK OK OK! I do NOT want my thread to be a battlefield for posters who want to debate about who's right or whose wrong! EVERYONE's opinion counts, and everyone expresses their opinion in different ways. Thank you all for your input and I will use it to improve my workouts! Thanks!
