Cut diet before & after thread
Ok so I know a few of you have been posting up before pics so I thought why not start one for everyone to participate in. Simply post a recent pic (before diet) and tell us your stats and what your goals on this diet are. I started the diet today. My stats are 6' 195lbs roughly 18-20% bf. Goal after 12 weeks is 170 lbs @ 10-11%. Then hopefully the scivation/primaforce guys will come up with a bulk diet book.

Next pics will be posted in 12 weeks or so. Hope i can make it.

Good luck with your cut and remember that you can do anything if you want it bad enough. Rome wasn't built in a day but keep with the cut diet and you will see amazing results. I'm currently wrapping up my cut diet. I have a couple of "fine tuning" weeks left and then I plan on posting before and after pics. I am totally astonished with the results thus far. I started out by having Derek "Beast" set up a training/cut diet in hopes of competing last month but other venues came up. However, I am continuing to cut and I'm currently in the best shape of my life. I'm really looking forward to the final week prep. I must tell you that the Scivation Crew is definately on to something with the Cut Diet. They definately know their business. YOU WILL SEE RESULTS. Again....stick with it and follow the board and implement their strategies in to your training/diet regimen. Good luck.

Again thanks but I am def. more than 13-14%. Porbably around 15-17%. I guess it shouldn't matter since I plan on being around 10% after the diet. And by the way, this thread isn't just about my progress. Its so everyone can post their progress.

first carb up last night
Had my 1st carb meal last night and man it was tough. I got through the green beans w/ no issues and half way through the oat meal I noticed that I started feeling very very full. Then I noticed that I still had 1/2 my oats left and still 8oz of sweet potatoes. By the time I finished the last tbsp of natty PB, I felt sick (ate the meal very slow) I felt and looked more bloated then ever. I really hope this only lasts the first few times. Another thing that I noticed yesterday was feeling somewhat dizzy after my cardio (15 light jog followed by 15 fast pace walk on an incline) Has anyone noticed feeling this way before?? Well I woke up today and was still felt a bit bloated. Only thing I can complain about today is the gas. Here is a pic taken about 20 min. after my last bite. Man I looked and felt pregnant. I am not looking foward to the next one on saturday.

Very typical , make sure you don't drink any water with it, if u do have water drink it 45min beforehand. Or just sip water to get the food down. Don't worry your body will become used to it . Its normal to feel like truck just hit ya the first refeed lol

I made sure not to drink water 60 min. before & after. After my cardio, I had my last sip of water (after the WPI & xtend). I knew I was gonna feel bloated but like you said it did hit me like a truck. I have been feeling a bit bloated this whole week but Im sure thats just my head playing w/ me because I don't usually eat this much food. I do notice that I start feeling hungry right before each of my meals. I certainly hope thats my metabolism kicking in.

We are working on a MASS DIET book as we speak. Should be ready for print in a few months. Working on NEW style of training for the 14-16 week program as well. It will be very innovative and a bit different from the norm.

This is very typical, the first 2-3 weeks may be this way. It goes away I promise. The fact that you felt stuffed and bloated is a good thing, meaning you jacked you cals up and got some good carb into the muscles. Your body will get used to it no worries.

meal 1 & 3
Finished the 1st week of the diet. Had issues following 100% though. On saturday I was supposed to have my 2nd refeed but didn't quite get to it. I finished 5 out of the 6 meals and Had rice insted of the normal refeed. I was at a buddies house all day and packed my lunch (except the carb up meal). It was my only mishap of the week. I decided to take a pic of the breakfast and meal 3. The breakfast pic does not include my almonds. Anyone else feel bloated in general after starting this diet? I know its only the 1st week and things aren't gonna get started till the 4th week or so. But I just feel more stuffed and bloated ever since I started the cut.

hey, here is a delicious tip.
when i cook my meals that have almonds in them, i dice the meat up and start cooking it, then using an onion chopper (one of those things with the handle that u smash down over the onion to dice it without crying) i crush the almonds and add it to the meat in the pan, meanwhile my beans are cooking, then when they done, i throw them in on top of the meat + almonds, stir it round, then plate up = stir fry

Trust me mate, I know. I buy crushed garlic flavored almonds from Henry's Market Place and always have them with a salad (prior to diet)

I'm going to be contributing to this thread as soon as my cut diet book arrives. I'm glad to see so many people making progress, it's very motivational.
Quick question, slightly O/T, does the cut diet book come along with a training program as well, or is the book strictly nutritional information and macronutrient timing, and stuff like that?
Thanks in advance, and good luck to the people starting this diet.

Glad to hear that bro and looking foward to seeing your progress. As far as the book goes, it has all you need. It outlines the diet, it helps you comprehend why you are eating what you eat, it tells you what supps. to take, it shows you in detail what and when to w/o, and of course it gives you the diet towards the end. The first time I got the book, I read it front to back twice and all I could think about doing is reading it again. The scivation guys really got it done right with this book.

Awesome. The supps I ordered from bb.com just came today, but the cut diet book still hasn't arrived. I hope to be able to start this diet on Monday. I'll post up pics and my schedule as well as soon as I get all my stuff together.

My stomach looks a bit more bloated since the first week of starting the diet. I am very patient and I know it will take time. Im sure its just my stomach getting used to the amount of food its taking in so often. I started on the cut diet 2000.

I am sure this is way more veggies than you are used to as well? If you are using soley broccoli, switch it to green beans or spinach. I cannot do broccli either and I hate spinach but it works.

But broccoli with "I can't believe it's not butter" spray margarine is "da' bomb"!
