Heya im new to the forums i just turned 18 in june..
ummm this is my 4th month training - 1 month serious with correct eating and actually having a plan.. rather then going ot the gym and working whatever.
Supplements:
VP2 100% Whey..
Before: 2 months in... with EAS protein & no gym plan..
After: 1 month later (total 3 months) .. with VP2 Protein & gym plan..
I was 88kgs when i first started at 6"0, now im 74kgs...
im planning to bulk up more and cut for summer...
