Sauna help
I read somewhere on the main site an article by Erick Colbert where he stated that taking a sauna straight after a workout is not a good idea. Is this based on you already being too hot after a workout to take a sauna or is there another reason why a sauna is a bad idea?
I normally take a steam room session or sauna about 15-20 minutes after a workout session in the gym. Is this a bad idea? I know sauna helps with joint and muscle soreness, but is taking a sauna right after a workout going to send me into a catabolic state or something?
Any help and information would be much appreciated,
Matt
