Cut Diet- Xtend/Substance cocktail

I just started the cut diet, however my Substance WPI and Glutamine are still being shipped. Would another WPI product (ON Whey) and Xtend work as well as a Xtend/Substance workout cocktail?

Quick responses would be great... lifting in 15 min!

Yes, any whey will do. But will taste different.

ON Whey isn't WPI is it?

But any protein + bcaa during/post workout is good.

The majority of the protein in ON whey is WPI. It's the very first thing listed in the ingredients.

"Most whey protein isolates ever" it says.

Moral of the story, ON + Xtend = yuck.

Can't wait for my Substance to arrive, that way I won't almost puke during my workout.
