Potassium Mp and thunder

Alright, I have bought some potassium as recomended by many members just in case cramping occurs on melting point. Anyways i'm getting some very minor cramping (I can live with it but its noticable) and i'm on the second week of MP.

So I have a couple questions because of this, one is does the cramping start of weak and get worse? If it doesn't get worse I can live with it. So onto my second question. I have read that it is recomended to take 3 or 4 99mg potassium capsules. My question is are there any health risks with doing this? I just have always heard bad about potassium and wanted some information on it. Also the bottle says don't take more than 1 cap a day (99mg) unless instructed otherwise, or something like that. So is there great risk in taking 4? I also noticed that the omega thunder i'm talking has 400mg Potassium Phosphate, so on the days I take the omega (workout days) should I not take the potassium supplement?

If cramping gets horrible, then drop the MP dosage down a cap or two.

And no, there is nothing wrong with taking 4 caps of k a day. That is not even 400mg of k. The DRI is 4700mg of potassium a day.

Correct. Just be sure to stay under the RDA/DRI/RDI of 4700 and you should be golden assuming you have no prior health conditions.

How long after talking the k until the cramping goes away? Just wondering because I took 200mg after I made this post and the cramping went away about 2 hours after I took the K. It's been 2 days and I haven't takin any k except for 2 days ago and I don't have any cramping. I just didn't think it would go away that fast, maybe it was just and ache and not a cramp. I don't know.
