NOW ADAM multi Question
I have some NOW ADAM multi vitamins. On the back it says that it has ZMA in it. I know that it is a low dosage, but for soom reason after I take it, 1 hr later I feel tired during the day. I get plenty of sleep, but only seem to get tired after NOW ADAM.
Should I be getting tired? Does anyone else notice this?

I don't understand why it has ZMA in it. From my understanding ZMA is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach before bed.
I still can't figure out why everyone is so in love with this multi on this board.

I would say take Adam befor bed then on a semi empty stomach, or maybe right after your last meal. If it bothers you that much next time get AST multi's.

1. A multi is absorbed much better when taken with food
2. It can bother your stomach when taken without food

1. Agreed, but if a circumstance arised in which you had to take it on an empty stomach I don't see it being a big issue.
2. Doesn't bother me
