X-Factor/Ecdysten/Anator P70 stack
Alright I am 17, almost 18, 6'0 170 lbs around 11% bf and I am currently planning on running a stack of X-Factor/Ecdysten/Anator P70, but before I do anything I need to get my bulking diet in check. I know this really is not the right place to get opinions on diets, but I am looking for some people with experience with these supplements, as you have to adjust your diet when using them(X-Factor Specifically) My goal is to gain as much lean mass as possible while trying to keep my bf % as low as possible. I am also looking for opinions on these supplements on a 17 year old. I have done my research, but any opinions greatly appreciated.
Meal 1: 7:00 am
1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 cup sliced strawberries
2 scoops protein shake
1 cup whole milk
ADAM multi
X-Factor Pill
2 capsules Ecdysten
1 scoop Xceed
Meal 2: 11:30am
Whole wheat bagel w/ swiss cheese + turkey breast
An apple
Meal 3: 2:00pm
Serving of Nlarge weight gainer
2 hard boiled eggs
Carrots
X-Factor Pill
2 capsules Ecdysten
Meal 4: 6:00pm (pre workout)
2 scoops protein shake
1/2 cup oats
banana
1 scoop Xceed
2 X-Factor Pills
2 capsules Ecdysten
Workout
8:00pm(immediatly post workout)
Anator P70 shake
1 scoop protein shake
9:00 pm(Dinner)
1 cup brown rice
Large Chicken breast
1 cup of whole milk
1 cup broccoli
ADAM multi
I now have about 3500 cals
