How often?

How often should I be doing my workouts?
I get to the gym, usually, five days a week. My workout is as follows, in this order (M for Machine, F for Freeweights):

[warmup]
Dynamic stretches
Leg Raises
Basic Taekwondo
[/warmup]

[main workout]
Bench Press
Hack Slide
Angled Leg Press
Sitting Calf Raise
Lateral Raise (M)
Pectorial Fly (M)
Hip Abductor
Hip Adductor
Single-arm Curls (F)
Arm Extension (M)
Seated Row (M)
[/main workout]

[cooldown]
10 minutes of heavy cardio on incline
static stretches
[/cooldown]

Now, I usually go five consecutive days (Monday through Friday), but I'll sometimes miss a day and make up for it on a weekend. However, I never workout a muscle that still feels sore or tired. With that said, I still do the above workout five days a week, with very rarely feeling tired or sore the next day.

So my question is this:
Is it harmful/not good/bad for me to work the same muscles, five days a week, even if I don't feel at all sore?

most people's recovery abilities plateau around 3days/week. Keep it to 40-55minutes.

Full body splits are good, but that split sucks. Since you're probably just sttarting, keep it simple, like; m- chest/tri/shoulder ; w-legs ; f - back/bi

You are correct in that I am starting out, in a sense that I'm finally getting serious about getting in shape.

Being that I'm starting out, when you say the word "split", I think of the cover of Stretching Scientifically, by Thomas Kurz.
Since I don't feel sore after I workout, your recommendation seems a bit 'too easy'? Is more time than a day needed for muscles to recover, so that they can build themslves up?
