Mainly directed at Australians. Looking at the contents of kangaroo meat .It has a great source of protein 32-38g , and a good source of iron also low in fat. Anyone here use it as a protein/meat source? I dont know what it tastes like and it seems to be a cheaper alternative to the chicken/turkey beef etc that seems to get more expensive each day.
i like the taste...the only problem is that they recommend not to eat alot of it because it breaks down alot slower and can cause constipation..seriously and no i dont kno from personal experience
