iz joining we dorm hall for this semistor but im not allowed to drink will i survive?

i never stayed in dorm before and becase of meds i cant drink alcohol for 4 months (all semistor) is it possible to survive at a dorm wid no drinking? isnt it parties every day and people getting drunk everyday??? is it possible to go to clubs and bars and not drink and have good time?? iz would i be the only sober person in the entire dorm rooms?

You'd be suprised. When I lived in the dorms of a large university (28,000 students), we had beer and stuff all the time in the dorms, drank it in our rooms, etc, but our rooms were small and didn't allow for for than 6 or 8 people without being cramped. So if you consider that a party...

There isn't tons of parties in the dorms themselves cause of RA's (resident assistants) who are responsible for a floor(s) are supposed to enforce no drinking rules, etc. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

People I hang with don't drink, they have a good time, they just aren't drunk and broke at the end of the night.

You'll be fine, just realize if you do start drinking your meds may cause some adverse reactions...

I drank a ton in my dorm, actually i bought 6 12 packs of miller highlife and wheeled them past my RA into my room in a suitcase( had to make 2 trips lol)

No, you might as well stop medication becouse the first two weeks you move into the dorm, you will be drunk every single night....Unless your a hermit crab there is really no way to avoid it

yes its meds that need put enough pressure on liver without alchol, sucks but i need to take it....do u still get people at parties who dont drink or get drunk? what about when everyone goes clubbing or to bars can u still go there sober?

what about after first 2 weeks? btw this isnt the start of the year this is 2nd semistor most people already lived there for 1 semistor no orientation week or anything where its not stop drinking

I had the best year of my life when I lived in the dorms man...Im the kinda guy that can have alotta fun doin **** sober, but off the wall crazy/nut fun when im drunk

The last three weeks of school, I was drunk or high off somethin every night and still managed to get a 3.0 in 15 credit hours

Pretty much thurs-sat nights are nuts, and throw a monday or tuesday in there here and there
