My first real supplement stack, opinions welcome!
I've been on creatine and whey for quite a while with a good diet and am getting pretty good results but I decided to get all the necessities today and try a good stack. Here was my order, let me know how they are as a stack and what you would add if anything.
NOW Omega 3-6-9 Softgels
Controlled Labs White Blood
Omega Sports Cre-Ethyl Thunder
AST Multi Pro 32X,
Dymatize Elite Whey, 5lbs, Cafe Mocha
Thanks guys,
Josh

That looks like a pretty solid stack. I've heard a lot of good things about White Blood. The only thing I think might make it more complete is taking some glutamine peptides right before going to bed and first thing in the morning. I know...Lots of ppl say glutamine is a rip-off, but it works for me. Besides, if it doesnt work for you I'm sure you could sell it to someone else. I truly believe it's helped me.

1.) Fizogen makes overpriced overhyped over"strapped" supplements. I.E. "The Strap."
2.) You must have alot of money to maintain that.
3.) That tribulus you are taking is not doing anything for you since you are 18. Your test levels are already at its peak, and that tribulis is mainly geared towards 25+.

Thanks for the replies,
Blast, is there anything in particular I should look for when shopping for green tea or will anything from the grocery store work? I've never had it before.

You can go with Primaforce's Lean Green caps. 2-3 caps/day will suffice. They are pretty cheap.
But if you prefer having something to drink, like I do, toss 8-10 bags of green tea in a gallon of boiling water the night before. These are cheap as hell too, and any brand should be fine. The next day you will have a good supply to drink, and also satisfy that gallon of water per day quota .

You may want to switch your multi to one that doesn't give you 100% of your daily allowance of iron per pill. I hear good things about NOW Adam and that Opti-men vitamin.

The AST multi also has iron which you don't need. Use Adam once it runs out
