Question Stacking for a skinny new kid

so that would be me. 5"10/5'11, 143lbs. workout 3-4 times a week. legs are probable skinniest part of my body, then maybe chest/rib area, arms and lastly stomach. i dont know why, but all my fat tends to focus right on my lower stomach. so i have everything skinny accept for a slight bulge which makes it hard to get abs :\

Right now i'm using: (started about 2 months ago)

GNC's Mega Whey Protein (600 calories, 50g protein)
Precision's Kre-Alkalyn 750mg
Centrum Multivitamin
Omega 3 pills.

I've got some new things in mind to switch over to, wanted your opinions.

Protein Isolate (as of now not sure which brand to go with since i'm Canadian and they can get pricey)

Sci-fit's Kre-Alkalyn 1500mg (i've heard good things about kre-alkalyn. could be just hear say tho)

Total EFA's

GNC Men's Mega MenŽ Sport Multivitamin (because my gf bought me a $60 gift certificate to GNC and i gotta waste it lol)

So thats what I got so far. I've been reading up on Casein Protein as well hearing that its very good for you to have before bed. but because i'm not making huge amounts of money, i'm gonna try and stick with having some milk and maybe cottage cheese before bed.

any suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated.

thanks, Dave

p.s. if you know of any good suppliment places in Canada (online preferably unless you're near the kitchener/waterloo area) could you pm me? only place close to me is GNC and Nutrition House and they seem pretty pricey

Sounds like you are a Ecto with a possible hormonal imbalance (fairly common). Some ideas and links that should help:

GNC is expensive and they don't have a good selection of many companies. Since you live in Canada I don't know if they have vitamin world but if they do check it out. They have great sales every month and a good range of different supplements from different companies. Discout anabolics is a good site too.

Anyway if you want to gain weight and lose that bulge.

Do a power lifting programs with a lot of squats, bench and deadlift. 5x5

your stomach probably looks like a bulge because you have no chest.

supplement wise get a good monohydrate creatine, a whey supplements for after workout and weight gainer. Also get a multi vitamin, fish oil tablet, gluclosimine.

here is a good link to mark rippetoe's workout program. It's a great place to start for big gains in the gym. The first link that pu12en12g posted is a great source for a bulking diet which will give you most of your gains.

thanks for everyones replies, did give me some information.

is NO2 like NOS? i don't know if i'm quite there yet.

and is ON's 100% gold Whey jsut as good as an Isolate protein? Because I have heard its pretty cheap.

and as for weight gainers, would you suggest I get a protein powder that has a weight gainer in it, or look for something seperate?
