Trying for 10% body fat..need some HELP!!

All,

I have a personal goal of being @ 10% body fat by August 1. My fear is that I’m not eating enough calories during the day and that my workout might be a little off base.

Because I’m new at this I wanted to run my meal/workouts by you and get some feedback. Thanks in advance:
