Confused (what to eat before bed)

Ok i am really confused. I have heard many things and many mixed opiins. Milk has casian protein in it, meaning that it is good to drink before bed time. However i also know that milk has carbhydrats in it from the lactose. I also understand the lactose is a simple carbohyrdate. Is it ok to drink milk before bed it has quallity slow digesting protein, but it also has carbohyrates in it. Arnt you not supposed to not eat carbs before bed? Is there any limits to carbs that you can take in at nifht to make sure tha the carbs are not stored as bodyfat? Should i drink milk before bed?

Any help would be great

Milk carbohydrates, or milk sugar, is very slowly digested and is very useful in providing energy for your body to repair muscle. I wouldn't worry about it at all.
