Post Coconut oil=tremendous energy source!

Ok, maybe I'm behind on the times here, but I wanted to post an experience I had this week with coconut oil. I've gone back, for the next 4-6 weeks, to a CKD diet, in hopes to drop back to around 8%BF before our big summer vacation. I've always done well on any type of low carb diet, but when trying to lift heavy, currently running a 5x5, energy was always dead near mid\end of week.

Well, I decided to change my pre-workout nutrution plan to some coconut oil, 1-2 tablespoons, and whey in water. Holy crap. This stuff is simply amazing, LOL. The energy I've had this week from using it has been unreal. Frankly, I'm not sure if I'm even going to NEED my major carb ups over the next few weeks if this stuff keeps working like this.

My wife has used coconut oil in the past, and still does, for cooking, adding fat etc. while on Keto, but I've never actuallly tried it as "supplement", LOL. Seriously though, I don't think any carb I've ever eaten pre-workout, including my beloved oats, has given me this type of clean feeling sustained energy! Simply amazing, and I hope I don't get "used to it".
