summer is great for cutting

hot weather, running around on the beach, high protein/low carb bbqs, TONS of water, wheee! the occasional icecream too

It's probably becuase my metabolism is much faster over the summer because I am always moving.
Yeah I have bbq everyday with the family. I am middle eastern so we eat a lot of kabobs.
I am eatting a lot of bbq:
lamb and beef for kabobs
onions raw
egg plants
mushrooms
chicken breast
sesame bread
whole wheat bread
corns
