Before/After Cut Pics, Critique Please!
The first set of pictures were taken at the end of march before I started my cutting diet. The second set was taken about a week ago after I finished the diet but was depleted. The thirds set was taken this morning after I have carbed back up.
I'm trying to decide if this was a succesful cut or if I the most I gained was some experience. I think I cut 1-2% bf and am not at around 9.5-10.5%, does this seem accurate? I can't tell that much difference myself. But most of all, does anybody think I look any different before and after carbing up? I tried some peaking plan from an old issue of Muscle and Fitness.
Any other advice is greatly appreciated as well. I'll be starting a bulk plan for the summer in a week or two.
Thanks for critiquing

I think you did a great job!
How long did you cut for to see these results?
It looks around 7-8% BF to me!
Congrates!
ENJOY IT FOR SUMMER!!!!!!!
Come end of October do a serious clean bulk, and get huge then repost pictures!
I think it would be great to see the progress, plus now you know how to do a lean down right it wont be so difficult to do again!
Thats what I plan on doing!!!

no, I don't
I haven't ever seen a deadlift bar at my gym
maybe its too much of a "health club"
I'll figure out something though
psycho, it took me about 7 weeks

a deadlift bar is just a bar for bench or squat... or it could be a hex bar too but...

you seem to have more definition on ab, olique, and serratus, but overall, you look pretty much the same. Your depleted photo are honestly much weaker than your before photos, and the post carb photos look about the same as the before photos. It seems like you might have loss some mass in this whole thing.
