First bulk help?

I'm working on my first bulk this summer, hopfully gaining 5-10 pounds cleanly. I lift 6 days a week and wakeboard about 4 times a week. Here's what I was thinking of as a meal plan.

Breakfast: 1-1.5 cups oats, 1 whole egg+2 egg whites, 1 scoop 100% whey in cool coffee.

Snack: Celery + almonds

Lunch: "Deli wrap" - sliced chicken breast or turkey, veggies, hummus on whole wheat, low-carb wrap

Snack (Pre-Workout): Tuna, brown rice, black beans
(Workout)
PWO Shake: 1 scoop whey, 1.5 tbsp Gatorade, 1.5 tbsp dextrose

Dinner: Will rely on my mom or a chef to cook, but mom's got the South Beach thing down and I've figured out what i can eat at my restaurant job, so i'm not too worried. It mainly consists of high protein, fibrous veggies, and sometimes i'll have some fruit.

Before bed: 1 scoop casein in water, 1/2 cup cottage cheese

This will probably inevitably vary as I'll be juggling two part-time jobs this summer, one being at a restaurant, but i'm going to try to stay close to that. It would probably help to say that I tried a low-carb diet for about 6-9 months because I thought it'd help my abs show. I'd say i'm kind of carb sensitive now.

Any suggestions? If it would help i can post some more info. I could really use the help!

Did you count all the calories in this food, it looks barely over 2000, if even that. You won't gain on this diet unless your a 95lb anorexic girl.

You need up the calories, more protein more carbohydrates.

yea your diet doesnt have enough total calories. I do

breakfast: 5egg omelet spinach, oatmeal
Pre: oats, whey
Post: oats, whey
dinner: chicken, spinach, brown rice
2nd dinner: 93% lean hamburger, 2 wheat toast
dessert: 2 scoop ergopharm mass meal OR whey/oat/olive oil gainer
snack: apple/natty pb OR tuna on wheat toast
prebed: 1 scoop mass meal OR cottage cheese with some whey

boring, but ive been gaining ~2lbs/week with it and I have an obscenely fast metabolism.

I think i'll try mixing an oats/whey shake in the morning to go with the almonds and some fruit at lunch.

Would it help if i took the time to count all the macro/micro nutrients and calories? I think i remember reading that it's not that important when bulking.
