Nah. Have a piece of fruit. An orange or a grapefruit.
Pop open a can of tuna, add a tablespoon of low fat mayo and throw in between two pieces of wheat about thirty min prior. If your still hungry then eat a piece of fruit.
The sugar and fats in the cookie aren't what your looking for if your dieting.

it will but u want good calories and fat. like the other dude suggested, tuna is good. it has good fats and oodles of protein. if u r dieting, u stay away from the junk food. period. willpower, big boy, willpower.

Yeah, get your calories from more unrefined, lower GI sources. And those cookies don't contain any protein either, which is bad. Those cookies basically consist of refined high GI carbs and bad saturated fat. No good.

I wouldn't. The meat is about the lowest quality possible and for the most part bad fats. Save pizza for a cheat meal.
If your in a pinch or have to get some fast food, get a 6 inch sub from subway with veggies and no oil. Just salt and pepper.

I eat a granola or homemade oatmeal bar before work out. Any carb that digests slowly so you can keep your energy levels up for your whole workout. I always eat some form of protein before as well.

What ever happened to protein shakes? I also like to eat peanut butter and some whole wheat crackers (don't laugh) they're a good source of protein and the fats are healthy.
