Wink So, when everyone get's tired of eating the same thing....

What do you do? I wanna switch my meals up to make a variety. Just wanted to know what you all do? sometimes i want simple, sometimes I don't mind cookin something up.

the normal list, everything plain......

eggs
oats (blueberries, splenda)
tuna
sweet potato(cinnamon)
yogurt
chicken(mrs. dash flavor)
fish
veggies
fruit
protein shake
peanut butter
nuts

lets see that variety everyone has!!! ^_^

i basically have the same stuff you do just when it gets boring throw some lower sugar barbecue sauce on your chicken or some ketchup on the eggs. i eat basically the EXACT same stuff everyday but for some reason i like it, if it aint broke dont fix it.

Yeah I pretty much eat the same stuff as you also. It's proven, and it works. I like eating a boring and redundant diet, it helps me to stay on track when I have limited choices. As far as changing it up goes, just prepare it with different spices or add some low sugar sauces to it.

I also like the fact i eat pretty much the exact same stuff every day, that way i can budget pretty much the exact amount for food month in and month out....no real surprises. For a change you might wanna give Buffalo a shot, its very low in fat and high protein, Ostrich is also very good and healthy.... both bit more expensive than beef but its nice for a change
