I was doing some research and wondering if anyone knows the workout that Brad Pitt used in Fight Club or Troy?

QFT, as to the link saying he benched 225 15-25 reps, I doubt it. I notice no leg workouts, what a little bitch. I always thought people who envy Brad Pitt are noobs.

why do people want to look like him? he's crap. i'd much rather look like Vin Diesel - he's a proper man with a really aesthetic figure. that's the kind of figure i want.

that Brad Pitt routine is ****. where are the leg exercises? if he knew anything about weightlifting he'd know that doing legs makes you get biger quicker all over.
anyway, that's the kind of exercise you'd do for endurance, not for hypertrophy. you won't get ripped doing that routine.

why do women like him so much anyway? his abs are the only decent muscle group. strong arms and big chest? i look like him in Fight Club, and i've only been lifting weights for 7 months.
