Damn man, I just had mcdonalds...
Oh man, me and some friends were just hangin out and we decided to go to McDonalds since one of my friends work there. We decicded to get some stuff to eat and man I was eating it and was thinking I was getting fat with every bite, lol. The worse part is, I had already had McDonalds earlier today! And even worse that that, the 2nd time it was like 10:30. Do you guys think that all the ****ty food I ate today wont make a difference and I shouldnt worry about it?

Nah, don't even stress it. You had your cheat meal, now just control yourself and keep exercising. There will be many more cheat meals to come just don't let 1 rape your future workouts by stressing yourself about it.

dude, the **** i ate today relative to what i've eaten the past month is distgusting compared to what you did. this totally belongs on the cheat thread, but i will say, embrace you cheat and have a great workout tommorow. cheaters forever!!!

i eat at mcdicks like every second day and it doesnt hurt me. mind you i have the chicken mcgrill with no mayo which is only like 5 grams of fat and a chocolate milk instead of a pop, but the fries are still bad.
im like 160 pounds trying to get to 180, the only way i actually gain any weight is by eatting a rediculous ammount of good tasty food, not necessarily the healthiest but who gives a ****.
arnold used to dump whole cream into his protien shakes to increase his cal intake, you need lots of raw material to grow anyways, so who ****ing cares.

I hope you guys are being sarcastic. Yes McDonald's isnt healthy but if you eat it once every two months it will do nothing to you. I have KFC every 3 weeks or so with friends. (everytime we have half day in school we go next door to KFC). I try to get the most healthy foods but how healthy can it be?
Don't even worry about it.

Lol, this is funny but true. I worked at fast food for 2 years (Pizza Hut, Burger King) when I was 15-16 and I swear that I was the only person that washed my hands. They have teenagers dropping food on the floor and picking it back up, spitting in food, never cleaning up after themselves, flies and bugs. Fast Food is so unsanitary.

Cutting or bulking, no matter. Bulking up with cheeseburgers isn't going to get you anywhere. Cutting with cheeseburgers won't either.
A gram of trans-fat has the same calories as a gram of monounsaturated fat. So you think it's ok to down trans fat? A calorie IS NOT a calorie. Sugar (for ex) has no nutritional value, it's not OK to subsitute it for a much more nutritious food.
