My Pics from a month back (Comments plus help needed)
Hi guys i'm a new member....i'm Saad from pakistan and you can say that i have just recently gotten into this bodybuilding business as it's been only a month since i've started working out
These pics are from a month back.....i.e before i started working out...infact these are my second day in the gym pics....sorry these are not very high quality pics but i want you people to help me out with my aims as i am a newbie...
i am a small guy i.e 5' 6" tall and weigh only about 58 kgs......in these pics my biceps are 12 inches while my chest was 37 inches....i didn't bother with the rest of the measurements...now after one month (pics not taken yet)...my bicep is 13 inches....i didn't do any other measurement :P
my basic aim is to get a good model sort of physique...like the one those guys at the beaches have...you know the type that chicks dig.....plus i want to get a little bigger so i would appreciate it if someone could tell me which areas to work upon and any special tips for bulking up etc
P.S. i would post my newer pics as soon as possible
P.P.S. Jawad....agar tu yeh parh raha hai tu choopay na maree theek hai aur mazaq na urrai warna teri hogi bund full time samjha :P

Now How can that be? Most of my measurements are about an inch bigger and I look skinnier than you, atleast in my opinion.
Good job at getting into lifting, keep with it.

thanks for the compliment man.....
you know what since i've started everyone's been complimenting my traps but i haven't done a single exercise with them...just lots of log and rock lifting when i was younger lol.......
about the back...i'll have to start out with that now since you recommend it...previously i wasn't doing anything for it...nothing at all....
my work out routine pretty much sucks....it's like one day of workout and then one day of rest....someone told me that it's a good way of gaining mass...which i somewhat did....on one day i do chest and triceps and then on the next workout day i do shoulder and biceps.....no other exercise at all....know it's a crappy programme but it's the best i could devise on my little own self...help here would be greatly appreciated
plus diet is a bit of a bugger as well.....i have not been able to eat more and healthy but i'm working on it

lol...i don't know.....i'm quite skinny in my own opinion but these are my honest measurements......maybe i am shorter that's why i look relatively thicker or maybe you're just being self critical like all of us are
P.S. life sucks when you've got a 6.4 inch wrist ...bad genetics

Yes I have the same thing, it is definitely genetics on my end, my father who is the same height as me (5'10) weighs around 220 and still has skinny/boney wrists.

You have good traps and I would do a 3 on and one day off routine. You need to get your body ready to build. Focus on strength before moving on to bulking. Get your strength up a bit with lighter weights and focus on form because if you dont do the exercise right you are liable to not get much out of it and possibly hurt yourself. You have a good place to start. For the body type you want dont go to overboard with heavy lifting. Focus on biceps, triceps, lats, delts, traps, abs, and cardio.

thanks buddy...yeah well i am actually increasing my strength gradually...like for example right now i am doing 40 kg(minus bar) bench presses (9,7,5) whereas i started off much lower...the thing is that i don't have too much idea about what would make me look bigger and better....traps are already good so i'm ignoring them right now...biceps and triceps were small so i am working on them...also i think i should get my chest to 42 inches...don't know how long that will take but that is my aim.....abs are not currently in my objectives list while wings or Lats definitely are....i'll definitely take the advice you people are giving me and work on it more......
P.S. i've consulted a local body builder for a diet plan so hopefully that part of my problem would be solved as well

it's bad genetics because you know if you've got a small wrist that means two things
1 you can't get any fat on, so that means that you'll be a skinny ass guy unless you work out
2 you've got a small frame so you've got to get more mass to compensate for the lack of bony structure in order to look big
atleast that's what my concepts are :P

Hmm...I have small wrists, and I put on quite a bit of fat on during my bulk. I'd agree that small frame people do need to put on more mass to look 'big'. If I wear normal fitting clothes, no one can tell I workout...I've had one guy tell me that I need to workout lol. He thought otherwise after I deadlifted :-D
You have a body just like mine. It's gonna take time and discipline. For our body types, the most important part is food...have to eat a lot, even if it means waking up at 3am for a oatmeal/protein shake. Unfortunately, it took me a while to figure this out and I made bigger gains in couple months than I did in a year.
p.s. I don't think jawad is reading this...don't see anyone who made fun of you :-D

What are you stats dallas? Height? waist? bf%? weight?
I am always impressed seeing small framed people who put on a lot of weight, it is definetely lot harder for us compared to mesos or endos.
