Tim-went from 230 to 180
Jeremy-Went from cut 207 to 240
Our goal now is to both get into good shape so by late july we can have good beach bodys
the program
Sunday and thursday
-Bench Press-10x3
-Incline bench-10x2
-Deadlift-10x3
-Stiff Leg dl-10x2
-Squat-10x3
-Deep squat-10x2

Monday and Wednesday
-Curls-10x3
-Preacher Curls-10x3
-Decline Curls-10x3
-Burnouts-2 sets
-Weighted situps-15x3
-Weighted leg lifts-10x3

Tuesday
-Military Press-10x3
-Rows-10x3
-Power Cleans-10x3
-Skull Crushers-10x3
-Tricep pullovers-10x3
-Chest pullovers-10x3
-Butterflies-10x3
-Bent rows-10x3

cardio-
Tim-Football practice 2-3 times a week, cardio including practice 5x a week, on off football days running 4 miles
Jeremy-run 4x a week, distance varies

nutrition
tim-balanced diet not exceeding 2200 calories per day
jeremy-balanced diet not exceeding 2400 calories a day
