Fish Oil bad smellign burps need Help?
do yo uguys know of any good fish oil brands tha dont make you burp disgusting fish taste? im looking to add some fish oil to my fat loss stack but cant stand those burps

I get the Kirkland brand from Costco and have no problems at all, they are enteric coated.

three options:
1) enteric coated (but you run the risk of them not digesting at the right time)
2) ones that have flavor added so if you experience any "repeats" they aren't fishy tasting
3) odorless
I prefer option number 2 if you're having problems .. Nordic Naturals makes some great fish oil supplements and have strawberry flavor or lemon. You don't taste those flavors either unless you experience "repeats" (fish oil burps), but as long as you're getting a FRESH bottle you shouldn't be experiencing burps/repeats at all.

There are products you can buy from the pharmacy; they come in the form of capsules enclosing a concentrate of mint and other stuff.
They're swallowable breath fresheners; very efficient solution against garlic, fish oil burps etc.

ive met with a nutritionist a few times and he told me that the best fish oil should not have any fishy taste or after breath. in fact, it should have a hint of lemon.

To avoid fish burps it is simple, put your pill in the freezer. its just that easy. Works for me. Just freeze them and take them like that. Brups will be gone.

I buy the Rexall brand from Wal-Mart. As long as I only take one cap at a time, I'm alright. If I take 2 or more, yuck.
