Symmetry/Posing Critique
I posted this in the pictures section, but got zero responses. Not sure why. Anyways, could you guys critique my symmetry and my posing? What I see needs the most improvement is: Legs (calves, hammies, quads... everything), delts, and arms.
Please tell me what you think about my symmetry and my posing. I know I need to eat, tan, lift heavier etc... so I don't need that. Thanks
(BTW: I Know in my Ab and thigh I shouldn't be looking down, got caught at an awkward moment LOL)

I think you look good man. As far as posing goes I don't know anything about that really, put your pics beside a pro's pic like arnolds and compare? perhaps...
As far as symetry goes you look pretty good. I don't really see anything overpowering anything else. You just need to grow overall. I think your quads are great as well as biceps. Maybe pump up forearms a bit? Looking great though, very fit and muscular.
Oh and your abs are awesome man, i wish mine looked like that.

Um... Don't face away in your side tricep pose... Although it is meant for your tricep, look at pros. They use that pose to show off the rest of their body. You can see the entire front of a pro in a side tricep pose.

Yes, the side chest needs some help.
Also, why would I want to be pumped for a monthly shoot? I want to see my progress, not make myself feel good.
