Meals with HIGH PROTEIN!!!...post meals and recipes here!
Sup guys...ive been lookin on the internet for some recipes and i thot some of us might be able to share wat we eat to get more protein in our diets other than that huge steak that most of us cant afford everyday, or the egg white we hate dealin with.
Heres a few of my recipes:
-Mac and Cheese and Tuna ( you just make ur mac and cheese and add a can or two of tuna fish) This has high protein, and good amount of carbs if u are liftin heavy and frequently
-Fettuchini Alfredo with Crab strips (buy the crab from walmart) heres the recipe for the alfredo.
15-MINUTE FETTUCCINE ALFREDO
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
3/4 c. (3 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drained
In saucepan, stir together cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter and milk over low heat until smooth. Add fettuccine, toss lightly. 4 servings.
just add come crab and its good! with protein and carbs.

I like to make this Mexican dip thats got a ****load of protein, but also alot of calories so i only make while mass gaining.
Recipy
Boil some bonlecc chicken breasts untill its easy to shred apart then throw it in a frying pan on low to medium heat with a small container of salsa crushed peppers, and franks hot sauce (make sure to shred the chicken with a fork and tongs) and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
Next dump the chicken and all the other good stuff into an oven pan, and spread 2 things of cream chesse over the top( i use my hands and kind of platten it out) make sure to leave the cream cheese out for like 20 min before you start spredding it. Then once the cream cheese is on. Pour shredded cheese on the top untill its covered ( i like the mexican style with the spices). Then preheat the oven to 350 and pop it in for about 30 to 40 min.
You can also add other things to it like rice and beans if you want, and if you dont like all the hot stuff just get a mild salsa and leave out the hot sauce and crushed peppers.
Good luck and enjoy.
By th way you will prob get the ****s a little while latter.

chicken vajitas
- grilled chicken pieces
-tortilla
-cheese (if bulking)
Any other little things like tomatoes or lettuce if you want. Alot of calories and protein in the chicken and tortilla, good bulking meal.

Beef Jerky tastes alot better than whey protein, so if you can add it to your diet it only has 6g carbs, and 12g protein, 1g fat. I get mine a pound for ten bucks. And steaks are good too, and I live with my parents. To me, it's easier because they eat like pigs (each over 250lbs) and 1 steak is nothing to them. So if they buy a whole load of steaks and I eat one or two, they never miss it.
I really wish there was an alternative to fish though, I hate seafood.

Look for "oyako don" on the web, it's a Japanese recipe.
Chicken+eggs over a bowl of rice.

Crack 3 eggs in a bowl, pour in a little milk, add some ham/chicken/turkey/tuna and mix it in. Cook on a skillet. Eat with a glass of milk and toast (for carbs) or wrap up in a tortilla and make a burrito. Pour on some salsa and add cheese for flavor.
