I think I'm gonna sue the INS

If these millions of illegals become citizens for free, I'm gonna sue.

First, for all the money I spent gathering the ridiculous amounts of personal information needed to apply for a work permit, then all the money spent gathering all the ridiculous amounts personal information needed to apply for a greencard.

Second, all the money I lost not being able to work for nearly a year on first coming to this country.

Third, for the humiliation of having to attend a video taped interview with my wife and trying to prove that our marriage was authentic. Also, the humiliation of having to provide "evidence" of our marriage.

Forth, travel expenses. When they want you to get a medical, vaccinations, even photographs, you can't just go anywhere.

Fith, frustration of spending maybe a few days worth of my life in an INS waiting room.

Sixth, the fees=thousands of dollars.

A few other inconviences caused by the incompetence of the INS employees.

So yeah, I'm gonna sue.

One thing about making them all legal; the second this news becomes public, what do you think the boarders are gonna look like? Like a speedy gonzales cartoon to a drunk that's what.

I just makes me mad. Oh, BTW being mad about people getting away with breaking the law, not just the law, but specific laws that you followed to the T including handing over thousands of dollars, IS NOT RACIST. ok?

This poor person was so poor. He had no money to buy food for his starving child. He walked into a store and robbed a frozen turkey. On the way out, he got caught. Should he have to face the legal action as a person that can afford to buy food?

You are God damn right he should.

Yes, if I lived in a **** hole in Mexico, I would jump the boarder too, family in tow. If I got caught, I would understand why I was being deported.

If a friend of mine comes to visit me here in the states and over stays his visitor's visa, I would not be surprised if he got deported back to England AT ALL. IT MAKES PERFECT SENSE. If his arguement was, "Oh but I am working here illegal and not paying taxes," he should be deported twice as fast and maybe even charged for the taxes he owes.

Oh but the Mexicans used to own this land, and actualy they have more of a right to it then we do.................**** that ****! Mexicans speak Spanish. Spanish isn't the native language of the Americas, niether is English of course. Think, there is a reason why the U.S.A. is not the U.K. The reason is because Americans won a war. Yes this is normally how boarders are established, not by not trying to be PC and non-racist. Revolutionary American's said, to Britain, "**** you, this country is America."

My point: You aren't an American citizen and you don't like America, too bad. Unless you can form an army capable of taking over America, you are SOL.

ED Hill from fox news (I don't like the chick at all and I watch a fair mixture of news stations, I'm not a "Fox news guy") made a good point the other day. All of us who have parking tickets or speeding violations should all take to the streets in mass demonstrations to get them wiped from our records.

Just makes me mad.

An idea I have; the government askes for donations for a nationwide illegal immigrant round up, deportation, and boarder re-inforcement fund. But that would be racist....lol

I'm with you bro , i feel like i am being treated unfairly by my govt. and made to pay taxes that are going to legals and illegals that don't do there part.

The best we can do is make our voices heard by calling and writing to our representatives and Congressmen. And if you can donate time or money to organizations like The Minutemen, that helps, too.

Ditto that and I heard this monrning that a lot of people are sending bricks to the reps in essence telling them to build the damn wall.

You can't sue the INS because they don't exist anymore. They were eliminated and "replaced" in some way or another by a part of Homeland inSecurity.
