Well i have been cutting for about 1 month now, and i went from 197 down to 186lbs and am wodnering if i should continue cutting or go ahead and start bulking again...i just miss all the calories and continuous increase in weights.
Also, i was wondering if you could maybe judge about what % bf i am at currently, from the following pics. Sorry they are taken on a digital camera phone so not of the highest quality.
also any other critiques are welcome, weaknesses you see or waht not, i only have one leg shot, but i know they are kidn of my weak spot...was a cross country runner in high school and a distance track runner, and a jumper, so seemed to get skinny legs for some reason..i hit them harder than anything else though, cause i hate having chicken legs.
