New Gym Contract - Pricing and Sauna Questions

The gym I'm signing a contract with tomorrow has a dry sauna in it, and I'm wondering what its like. I've never used any type of sauna before.

Also, I'll be signing a 2 year contract at this gym for $79 down and then $39 per month after that. Level one tanning is $19 a month unlimited. Sound like a good deal?

They've got tons of free weights, lots of new machines, and 60 different cardio machines the guy said.

Also has a "nutrition shake bar" that I probably won't use because the shakes are expensive, they range from $4-$7.50, but they mix them up in a blender right there at the bar in front of you.. kinda cool. Protein shakes, meal replacements and what not.

I have a little better deal. But that is not bad... Pretty reasonable.
