What can one do with a 40lb dumbell....hmmm?
Hey all whats going on......some how some way ive misplaced, or better yet, my family misplaced my whole entire weight set benches n all and all I can find is one 40lb dumbell......hmmm....cant really afford to go out and rebuy everything for another week or so, and refuse to pay 65 a month at the closest gym!
Anyways, I havent worked out in a little while lately because of some serious depression issues after losing my job, yah, it sucked but oh well. Anyways, what do you all recommend doing besides curls with one 40lb dumbell? Anything to work the chest possibly, maybe shoulders and triceps as well? Back?
Hmm, I was really planning on getting back into it hardcore but that might be put on hold for a few weeks, but anywho, what do you all suggest? I can obviously do the pushups situps go running ect, as well as remake my pullup bar. Which leads me to another question, how effective are pullups? I hear some people say they are the core to getting thicker muscles, while I hear others say they don't end up doing to much for you......hmmm.....anyone have thoughts on that one?
Thanks all, I really REALLY look forward to hearing from you all!!

Thanks guys.
Hurts to see that one random weight just sitting there, knowing that there is a way to utilize it to its full potential for a few weeks haha!!

Family re-did the whole house, and since I do not live with them, I had no clue that they were going to do so. Sort of happens I guess, im assuming they took the bench apart and put it in a box as well as the weights that are all buried somewhere in a whole cellar full of toats.....

Hang it from your penis and get erections for reps.
I use 120lb dumbells for 12 sets of 10 reps.
