Colorado Pro Webcast Live!!!

I would like to announce that BB.com has reached an agreement with Mr. Shawn Ray and Mr. Jeff Taylor (promoters) to webcast live the 2006 1st annual COLORADO PRO/AM BB CHAMPIONSHIPS!

As usual, this webcast will be brought to you courtesy of BODYBUILDING.COM, and filmed by the great team at CHAPMAN MEDIA GROUP, spearheaded by Travis Chapman himself.

There will be a 1/2 hour PREGAME show hosted by 2006 World Champion BOB CICHERILLO along with IFBB great SHAWN RAY providing guest commentary, handicap analysis, and contest breakdown, followed by full and complete coverage of the IFBB Pro Colorado.

hellll yeah, but bob try filming less of the random categories. Im sure almost all of us were bored as hell waiting for you get up on stage, but when u got up there damnn that was cool. But the 2 hours before it of useless categories was really tireing. Bob you know itd be really great if in that time you guys do interview and pre comp stuff, becuase some of that excess fitness stuff is really gay,

but im obviously lookingg forward to the show, and i cant wait for your commentating and interviews with shawn, good luck in commentating and your year in ifbb bodybuilding,

I hear ya, brother..!

That wasn't our fault...the promoter pulled a fast one on us, and decided to air the Master's portion of the show LAST , instead of 2nd in the program, like originally scheduled.

We are ONLY showing the PRO portion at the Colorado show, and a 1/2 hour pre game show....no amatuers.

CONGRATS on the masters. I knew you were gonna take it. I listen to the radio show religiously and I watched every week of the WFTW's Bob. Your tips , your diet and your schedule tremendously informative and it served me wel to see in reality what I need to prepare myself for if I ever want to compete. My girlfriend watched a few of them also. Since I've gotten serious about body building she's pretty supportive of me. She thought it was sweet that you had your gf on there with you. Watching the progression of body fat loss and sharpening up of your physique was amazing. I naturally have about 7% bf. My issue is with adding more size. Not that I want to be am asymetrical mass monster but I do think I need 20 - 30 more lbs of muscle. I weigh 195lbs now. I started bodybuilding 19 months ago at 155lbs. What people usually find more amazing is thaty I've done this on a soley liquid diet. When i was an infant I lost my small intestine. as a result, I cannot eat any solid foods. My "food" is a total nutrition shake called osmolite. Thats all I eat. along with supps of course. My front poses and back poses are much better then I look from the side though. When i turn to the side I disappear. How can i get to look thicker side view? I do have pics on here in the gallery. I appreciate the time you spend reading this I know its long. Keep pumping brother and tell Jermone Ferg not to keep you waiting at the gym.
