the workout seems pretty demanding... people who wanted to know his workout thought he was bluffing when they did end up working out with him...

Pretty intense looking. I can see why he had huge arms vs the rest of his body. Another genetic freak. I met him at the Mr O and he is still a big guy, old but big. Short as well.

Monday:
7 sets of Bench
5 sets 15 reps Flys combined with Dipping

Tuesday
5x10 press
5x10 extend heavy curls
french curls 5x5
scott bench 5x10
scott bench with db 5x5
sitting down tri pressdowns 5x5

Wednesday
Sit ups 10x50
Leg Raises 5x20
Side bends 5x200
Squats 5 sets
Heel raises 10 sets 300lbs 98 reps

Thursday
BP 7 sets 5 reps
Press behind next 5x5
rowingmachine 5x5
sitting press with db 5x5
dipping bar 5x8

friday
same as tuesday

saturday
same as weds
