I am pertty sure that a lot of the good looking ones do. If the vacation was long (in my case 2 months) She had lost attraction to her previous boyfriend the same way. The only difference between us was that I got some and he never did. There was a topic about this on the DJ fourms and most people said their gf lost attraction after a long vacation.

Some girls like sex a lot, others don't. That is completely separate from the number of partners issue. Is that your main question? About the number of partners and why it is that she wants to keep her numbers down? If that's your main question then I think it's easy, she wants to have sex with those she feels comfortable with, guys she knows are safe, guys she knows are healthy, and doesn't want to have a large number of partners. I think that is fairly common among women -- it has a lot to do with trust.
