Whats up guys,
I used to go to the gym a lot, it was my life like it is some of yours. I was doing preacher curls and i damaged the tendon in my wrist. Its been a year now and I havent been able to go back to the gym

I race motocross so im tryin to heal up for that too. It doesnt hurt anymore but its not the same and i know it wont let me lift. Let me describe whats wrong:
Put out your arm, like your pointing at someone, with all 5 fingers.
Now make your palm face up. Now make a fist.
Bring your fist and touch your chin.
If you look down you can see a tendon that goes from the outside of your wrist alll the way to your elbow. Well right up by the wrist, it slips of the bone back and fourth when i rotate my wrist. Its obviously shouldnt do that, the other one you can even see the tendon popping out as much (permanant swelling?)
Has anyone encountered the same situation? Feedback welcomed
