Herbalife NRG + ephedra??

herbalife according to them there NRG tablets has 800mg of caffiene, do you think its ok to stack it with vasopro?

wait do guarana pills not work? i bought the ones from GNC and they say minimum 36% caffeine (ie about 90mg) so i just take two along with 25mg of E and 100mg of A.

Is there actually caffeine in guarana or is it just caffeine equivalent?
