USPlabs stack so far
I'm currently using a lot of supplements (wedding May 19th ) so it is kinda hard to pick out what is doing what exactly. I'm using Powerfull/Cissus, ATD/Trib test, Bulk Cellfuel/Glycergrow. Just added Symmetry and Camph. I started Powerfull about 2.5 wks ago, ADT/Tribtest about 2 wks ago, coming out of my diet. I just started eating around maintenence this week. All of that is just the set up to say that my recovery has been incredible! At first I thought maybe I wasn't working hard enough, almost no soreness from my first 2 workouts this week. Back Mon. and Chest Tues. which almost always leaves me sore. Well yesterday I put it to the test and destoyed my shoulders. Worked out like I was about to take a couple of days off. Today they feel pretty good, a little tight but nothing like they should be. Also, I have tendonitis in both my shoulders, worse in the left one. I contribuite this to the powerfull, which I'm dosing at 6 a day. Libido was shot by the ATD, very wierd 'side effect'. I've used ADT before but never expierenced it like this. I added some more muira extract, a 4:1, and it seemed to help. I've had great pumps, even without the GG which I don't use everyday. Good focus and intensity too. Thumbs up to Powerfull. Can't wait for the Symmetry to kick in. I'll be upping the powerfull to 9 for the last 3 wks or so, I'm gonna taper off of all of it before the honeymoon. Also, Cissus is awesome. I had surgery in June on my arm, plate and 9 screws. I developed tendonitis and bursitis in my elbow and tricep. The Cissus has really helped. I have seen a big difference between 4 a day to my now 6 a day which works better for me. I gotta get some more. Just wanted to share my thoughts, it has really impressed me.
