Are Buffalo Hot Wings...*hot sauce and stuff all around it* bad for you?

If its just hot sauce, not the sugared, fatty, thick stuff that they put on at bww your fine, tobasco sauce rocks, try the chipolte version! And as you know buffalo wings are usually highly processed, then fried in trans-fats, unless you are making your own grilled wings.

Of course it's bad for you. It's all processed, fried, un-natural junk, and loaded with sodium and preservatives. However, if you're not dieting strictly for a contest or anything like that, having some hot wings once in a while isn't going to kill you. Just don't overdo it.

I think you could make them better using chicken breasts and grilling them, even deep frying them in veggie oil without and coating would be better then regular wings.
