Lurker finally posting
What's up everyone??? Well I'm new here, but I have been a lurker for quite some time now. I just wanted to say that this board kicks ass. There are several people on here that deserve props for reaching their goals.
Yeah I'm really pumped right now.....I'm finally starting to see that one vein that starts from your wrist and runs all the way up to your chest. Oh Yeah!! 3 more weeks of cutting and it will be there. It just showed up last night. I can't really see it now (not pumped) but I can feel it. If that makes sense.
FYI~~ A little about myself
As long as I can remember I have been a fat ass. In 6th grade I weighed more than I do now. Throughout school I would lose some weight, gain more back...typical! Finally at the age of 21 I went from 290 to 205 in around 8 months. I'm now deciding to lose that last 20-30 lbs of fat. I just turned 24 and I'm on a mission to be so freaking ripped that people will stare not because I'm fat, but because they wish they had my body. Which there are several people on here that frankly piss me off in the best possible way.I have been in and out of the gym throughout my whole life, so I'm having really good results for 4 months of hard core, no bull**** lifting.
I just started a cut last week with an ECA stack and I'm having great results on it. No side effects and I started out at 75 E a day. My weight loss left me skinny but I have still have that last bit of fat to go around my tummy and ass. I have a good amount of upper body muscle so I should look good at around 175 then its off for a clean bulk up to 190-200 then its back to a cut and I'm going to repeat this process until Im around 190-200 with 10-12% body fat and see what I want after that.
I'm aiming to drop 25-30 lbs by July. I'm in the process of ordering clen to do a 2 week clen/2 week ECA and so on until I get to 175. I then plan on bulking for 4 months or to a point where I see A+ results then its back down. This time next year I should be where I wanna be, maybe even farther along. I'm a firm believer in listening to your body over the typical I need this amount of calories for this weight..ect. Right now I'm getting 250 g's of protein and some EFA's I don't give a **** about the carbs except right before my workout and right after. I also don't care about how low my calorie intake is right now as long as I'm still losing and getting stronger at the same time.
I havent ate anything bad in over a year. I actually have no desire to eat anything fried or pizza....any ****!! I will never go back to my old lifestyle, because you know for once in my life I'm getting laid by Hot girls ( even with my love)!Ha The only thing bad i have consumed in the past year is beer, but that has stopped (as of 3 weeks ago) until I reach my goal.
Again props to the people that have already been there and did what I'm doing. Props to the people that are working on their goal right now.

No better feeling than the feeling of pushing your body so hard that you almost break, but then you don't and come back for seconds.
