Old Orchard Concentrate bad??

Until i got serious about lifting, I drank a good deal of old orchard concentrate juice. It has 27 grams of sugar, but all of them are natural, they come from the fruit. Is it a good source of carbs??? 29 g of carbs, plus 120% dv of Vit C

stapan will become famous soon enough. (+50)stapan will become famous soon enough. (+50)
I've never heard of the old orchard brand, but fruit juices are generally considered bad and are to be avoided. if it's from concentrate probably even moreso. the only exception might be as part of your post-workout meal where you really could use the sugar.

Goal: to give myself a whole new body for my birthday this year (12/13/06). 180 lbs, 10% bf. 5'8".

If high reps low intensity worked, typing would've made me huge and lean.

To be safe i would stick with natural source of fruits. It is still processed more than a natural fruit would be.
