Help w/ getting new variety for cutting diet.

ok. I'm on a cutting diet, and, to tell you the truth, I'd like a little more variety. This is what I'm eating now. How is it?

sun-Fri.

Pre-Workout:

Granola cereal, grp-pch juice, skm mlk

Post-Workout:

yogrt, grp-pch juice, skm mlk

Lunch:

Salad, chicken, roasted soybean, ritz bitz pb sandwhiches

After School:

pistachios, apple, pb, green tea

Dinner:

baked and rolled in flour chicken, honey, brown rice, veggies, yogurt

Is this a good cutting diet?

I'd like a little bit more of a selection, please, so that I don't get so tired of everything. And, please include how to make the rabbit food, too. (lol)

I've heard sweet potatoes r good. any specific type? How ya' make 'em? Nutrition facts, please?

T00 much sugar.

Your cutting diet has too much sugar in it. Plus your last meal of the day should have very little carbs in it. Peanut butter is okay to most fat loss diets but as a cutting diet you should not have much fat at all on your body. You see you can not cut fat. If you are down to 7% and are cutting to below 5% you should be on nothing but High protein, low fat, low carbs. No dairy at all this can bloat you!
If you are above say 10%BF then you still need to revamp your diet. Get the sugar out of it, Juice and Honey are bad for fat loss! Peanut butter can also cause a problem. Use small amounts of Flax oil to get small amounts of fat in your diet. Boneless skinless Chicken breasts, Do not add salt orbutter or Any kind of sauces, especialy BBQ, Eat One breast half with one steamed plain Sweet potato (Skin included), then plain broccolli or a large bowl of dark greens no salad dressings or butter. Eat a meal like that for your meals 2-4, Your first meal could be 2/3 cup oatmeal two packets nutri sweet and two large scoops of 100% whey protein.
Your last meal would be a full Breast of chicken Plain (Two halves)
with a large bowl of dark greens (No dressing)
If you need to before you go to bed include a protein blend like a mix of whey and casein protein. Make sure it is mixed with water not milk add no sugar to it. You can use lean meat Oz. For OZ. substitutions. For example Replace 8oz of lean Chicken breast with 8 oz of plain steamed shrimp, or 8 oz of lean cut beef (No visible fat). Include a good cheat day one a week until you get to the 7% cutting phase then get serious and cut for two weeks (No cheat) and you should be at your leanest.
